Cancellation Policy-Conference/Workshop
If you have already registered for one of our conferences/workshop and you are no longer able to attend, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made in writing forty-five (45) dayswill receive a full refund. Cancellations made in writing thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the conference/workshop will receive a refund minus a 10% administration fee.
No refunds are available after that time. Transfers to another person, however, may be made up to fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the conference/workshop.
Submit all requests to ARCS via email at info@arcsinfo.org. ARCS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation policy must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the conference/workshop.
Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
ARCS will notify you thirty (30) days in advance of the conference/workshop, in the unlikely event that the conference or workshop should have to be cancelled.
ARCS is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets in the event of a conference/workshop cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances. Please check on your conference status before making travel arrangements.

If you have already registered for one of our webinars and you are no longer able to attend, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made in writing fourteen (14) days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made in writing seven (7) business days prior to the day of the webinar will receive a refund minus a 10% administration fee. No refunds are available after that time.

Membership Information
- Membership dues are assessed and renewable per calendar year (January 1 through December 31).
- New and reinstated members joining between July 1 and September 30 pay a pro-rated amount equal to 50% of current year dues plus full year dues for the following year.
- New and reinstated members joining between October 1 and December 31 pay a pro-rated amount equal to 25% of current year dues plus full year dues for the following year.
- Unpaid memberships will be cancelled effective March 31.
