ARCS is happy to invite all of our colleagues and friends from around the world to join us for the 2024 Virtual Conference December 2, 4, & 6, 2024.

Member Registration: $125/$150 USD
Early Bird Rates: September 18 - October 23, 2024
Regular Rates: October 24 - December 2, 2024

Non-Member Registration: $200/$225 USD
Early Bird Rates: September 18 - October 23, 2024
Regular Rates: October 24 - December 2, 2024

Conference Stipend Announcement

The Association of Registrars and Collections Specialists (ARCS) is pleased to announce the availability of eight professional and two student stipends for free conference registration.

Applicants are requested to submit the application form along with a cover letter and resume. Preference will be given to applicants with less than five years experience and from a diverse background.

Recipients agree to write a short review of a session. The specific session will be mutually agreed upon and coordinated by an Awards Committee member prior to the conference and the report will be due to ARCS by January 17, 2024.

AIC/FAIC Workshop Building Towards Collections Safe and Zero-waste Exhibitions

Register to join AIC/FAIC for the upcoming online workshop "Building Towards Collections Safe and Zero-waste Exhibitions" to learn about trends and ideas around the design, operation, and deconstruction of exhibitions. The workshop is organized by FAIC in collaboration with AIC's Sustainability Committee and Preventive Care Network, and includes four 90-minute sessions with speakers from a variety of roles at different types of institutions.
