Year End Message, Mentor & Mentee Applications Due December 20 ARCS Update Vol 9 Issue 24

It has been an incredibly busy year for ARCS. The virtual conference went off without a hitch last week and was an absolutely incredible experience, complete with some amazing sessions, keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and 560 attendees from across the world. But beyond that, ARCS has offered an array of programs throughout the year that we hope have really helped our members grow in their careers and connect to peers in the collections stewardship profession.
Next year ARCS hopes to provide even more workshops, webinars, and opportunities for our members. In order to facilitate this, the Board of Directors has been hard at work reorganizing our volunteer committees to better take advantage of opportunities that arise, and to better streamline how we deliver things like webinars and workshops. The Board of Directors is also working on potentially filling five board seats in the upcoming call for candidates, and will be looking for motivated volunteers to help lead ARCS into the next chapter.
Finally, the ARCS Board and Conference Committees are also hard at work planning for the 2025 conference in St. Louis. It's truly going to be unlike any conference ARCS has ever put on, and we're really excited to share details of that in the coming months. As always, thank you for being members of ARCS, and I hope we can continue to provide valuable content, resources, and connection in the next year.

Mentor/Mentee Applications Due December 20, 2024
Applications are now being accepted for both mentees and mentors for the January 2025 pairing of the ARCS Mentoring Program! This free program pairs mentees and volunteer mentors for six months to ask questions and share experiences at their own pace.
Applications are due by Friday, December 20, 2024.
