IDEA Statement

Over the past 12 months the ARCS Board of Directors has worked with our contracted firm, The Inclusion Firm (TIF) to draft and adopt an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) statement. The creation of this statement was suggested as one of the board actions in the IDEA Plan of Action. During the August 2024 Board Meeting the IDEA Statement was fully reviewed and adopted by the Board of Directors. To view this statement and other IDEA actions undertaken by ARCS see link below.

Fall Internships Announcement

ARCS is committed to advocating for paid internships in an industry that remains inaccessible to many. Once again for Fall 2024, ARCS will be offering a $1,000 stipend plus an annual membership to applicants pursuing internships in registration and/or collections management. Candidates are asked to submit their application materials by September 22, 2024 and awardees will be notified by early October 2024. Applicants should already have been accepted into an unpaid internship program and will be asked to submit a letter of support from their internship supervisor with their application materials. Applicants in internships with a limited stipend can also apply but those in unpaid internship programs will be prioritized.
